Waited in line for 15 mins. The manager (who is rocking out his AirPods- very professional) rolled over and had the cashier go and put the order of the girl in front of me at another register (the one I was at was by the counter and the other was by the to go area and had signs the registers were closed), while he blatantly flirted. Didn't tell me the register was changing and the one I was waiting at was closing/changing. So another customer rolls up. I ask the cashier about it and he says yeah the register changed and starts ringing up the dude who just showed up after I had been waiting for so long, the guy wasn't even ready yet. The cashier was nice and offered me a free soda when I said that it was messed up the manager didn't tell me the register had changed and that a person who just got there was helped before me. My review is not about the food. But the rude unprofessional manager.

Unfortunately because of a flight delay I decided to eat here because of limited choices but I was pleasantly surprised by how great that burger was.
I got an original with cheese for $6.83 and the bottle of water actually cost four dollars!!
I couldn't believe that the drink cost as much as the sandwich.
The sandwich itself was well put together and not sloppily made and the burger was a good amount and the bread was wonderful so I would definitely go here again and will search out one of the other Johnny rocket establishments. -

I was at the airport quite early for my evening Jetblue flight and didn't really have much food to eat that day yet. So, I was looking for a place to just sit, eat and relax and away from the seats in front of the boarding area/gates. If you have been to one of the Boston airport terminals that Jetblue flies out of, you will notice there isn't much selection of restaurants you can dine. Given most of my meals hadn't had much meat as of late, I was kind of craving a burger. That's how Johnny Rockets came into the picture (I walked around looking for Wahlburger's like what I had found in another terminal that JetBlue also flies out of...but it wasn't in my particular!).
You walk in and place your order at the counter (to be honest, it wasn't quite clear if I should head straight to a table and wait for a waiter to show up to take my order. But since I got stopped at a host/order counter, I placed an order for a signature burger (their regular burger) and a chocolate shake with add on sherry flavor (I actually wanted a mix of strawberry and choco shake but had to settle for aforwmentioned shake because the guy didn't have a way to indicate mixing of two shake flavors, e.g half choco half strawberry, other than have one shake flavor and add on additional sweetness e.g more calories on top of it). The ordering process was a bit disorganized and chaotic. I think the guy taking my order must have been relatively new. He struggled a bit with how to input my shake order and the credit card process (took a few tries)...but that's ok. I know not everyone comes in knowing everything and we all have to start learning from somewhere, right? :)
What I didn't quite like about this location was that the counter seating can be a lil gross. In some area, it looked like nobody every clean up small traces of food or wipe down the counter area. Sitting at the counter looking into the kitchen area also made me question the sanitary standards, too. Good thing I wolfed down all my food already...so there wasn't much I could do. The burger also was quite grease and took a while to come out. It hit the spot for me since I hadn't had a burger for a long, long while..so just about any burger would do for me that day. But I think those who eat burgers too often may not appreciate the amount of grease from the meat fat/butter that went into the burger.
Cost wise, I wouldn't call it cheap but it wasn't expensive either. Maybe just $10-$12 total for me or something. Did the job of curbing my burger craving and allowed me to sleep through my 4-5 hr long flight later that night. -

Quick, cheap, and good enough: exactly what I was looking for in airport eats. If you're looking for quick, decent fast food, this location does a solid job. My grilled cheese was prepared in 10 minutes and tastes like any other.

I usually pick here in the morning over Starbucks to avoid the longer line. I guess the unfortunate factor of that choice is I am going to be underwhelmed until I get on my flight. The coffee you just get a cup and get to serve yourself from the dispenser over by the condiments and plastic silverware. On the plus side it is coffee, and that's about it.
The breakfast burgers I've had here are not that bad. I am always a fan of a burger with fried egg. Probably not the healthiest way to start the morning, but at least the burger somewhat makes up for the lousy coffee.
Staff is pretty non-communicative, which I guess is better than actually having to deal with them if they don't really want to be there. Unless you have a fair amount of time to kill, or you are just dying to eat and can't wait. I think you may be better of just waiting to eat what you may have on your flight.
